Books: Priority shipping: $10.00 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book. Allow 2-4 business days.  For the BSC book, shipping is $15 for the softbound and $17 for the hardbound.
Videos: $19 shipping for 1 video, $29 for 2-5 videos, $39 for 6-10 videos, $49 for 11-15, and $59 for 16 or more videos.  
Microfiber: Priority Shipping: 1 to 5 items: $8.00 total S&H, 6 or more items: approximately $9.00 S&H for the first 6 items plus 50 cents for each additional item

                         International: $29.00 for up to 4 pounds.
